Frequently Asked Questions
No question is too small. If something is on your mind, it is welcome here.
Do I need any meditation experience?
Not at all. You are welcome exactly as you are. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have been exploring your inner journey for many years, every meeting begins from your present experience, not from your past knowledge.
What happens during a session?
Every session unfolds naturally because every person is unique. Sometimes you may speak freely, sometimes silence becomes part of the conversation, and sometimes a single insight gently reveals a new way of meeting life. There is no script, no pressure to change, and nothing you need to prepare beforehand.
What can I talk about?
You are welcome to speak about whatever is alive within you—stress, relationships, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, loneliness, purpose, meditation, spirituality, grief, life transitions, or simply the feeling that something within is calling you home. Nothing is too small, and nothing is too ordinary.
What if I don't know what to say?
That is perfectly alright. You do not need to arrive with answers or even with clear questions. We simply begin wherever life has brought you. Sometimes clarity appears through conversation, and sometimes through silence.
Will everything remain confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our conversations is held with complete confidentiality, compassion, respect, and without judgment. This is your space to speak freely and simply be yourself.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It is a space for mindful conversation, meditation, compassionate listening, and self-inquiry rooted in awareness and direct experience.
Will you give me advice or tell me what to do?
Rather than offering ready-made answers, I gently help you discover your own clarity. My intention is not to decide for you, but to create a space where your own wisdom can naturally emerge.
How long is a session?
Most individual sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes, while longer meditation journeys and retreats vary according to the program you choose.
How do I know which program is right for me?
If you are unsure, simply begin with a single conversation. Together we can understand where you are in your journey and explore which offering, if any, feels most appropriate. There is never any pressure to continue.
Can I book just one session?
Yes. You are welcome to book a single session without any commitment. Some people find one meeting sufficient, while others choose to continue their journey over time. Allow your own experience to guide you.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Online sessions are available internationally through secure voice or video calls. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
What happens after the session?
There is no homework and no pressure to change. Sometimes a simple insight continues unfolding long after the conversation has ended. Awareness has its own intelligence, and transformation often happens quietly, naturally, and in its own time.
Is this the right space for everyone?
This space is best suited for those who are sincerely seeking greater awareness, inner clarity, and a deeper relationship with life. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate medical or psychological support, please seek assistance from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

What Happens When We Meet
Sometimes the greatest transformation begins not by finding the right answer, but by finding a space where you no longer need to pretend.
Before we meet, there is nothing you need to prepare. You do not need to know what is wrong. You do not need meditation experience, spiritual knowledge, or even the right words. You do not need to organise your thoughts or carry the burden of appearing strong. You simply arrive exactly as you are.
Every meeting unfolds naturally because every human being is unique. There is no script to follow, no expectation to perform, and no pressure to become someone different. We begin wherever life has brought you. Sometimes you may speak continuously, allowing years of unspoken thoughts and emotions to find their own expression. Sometimes silence becomes part of the conversation, quietly revealing what words cannot. Sometimes a single question opens a doorway that has patiently waited to be seen. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Nothing needs to be fixed.
This is not a space where I analyse your life or tell you how to live it. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to hold a quiet, compassionate space where awareness can gently illuminate your own understanding. Again and again, I have witnessed that clarity does not arrive through effort. It arises naturally when we are willing to meet life without resistance.
You are welcome to speak about whatever is alive within you. It may be stress, relationships, fear, loneliness, grief, uncertainty, purpose, meditation, spirituality, or simply the feeling that something within is calling you home. Nothing is too ordinary. Nothing is too insignificant. Every experience becomes meaningful when held in awareness.
Often people ask what they should expect afterwards. The answer is beautifully simple. There is no homework, no complicated practice, and no pressure to continue. Sometimes nothing seems to happen during the conversation, yet days later something quietly shifts within. A thought no longer holds the same power. A fear begins to soften. A relationship is seen differently. A deeper silence becomes available. Transformation rarely arrives dramatically. More often, it unfolds gently, almost unnoticed, like dawn slowly becoming morning.
This space is not intended as psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support. Neither is it a place for quick motivational advice or someone to make decisions on your behalf. It is a quiet meeting between two human beings, where awareness, compassion, and sincere inquiry become the ground from which your own wisdom can emerge.
Perhaps the greatest gift we can offer one another is not advice, but presence.
If these words resonate within you, perhaps life has already begun the conversation.
A Quiet Reminder
Everything shared during our conversations remains completely confidential and is received with compassion, respect, and without judgment. This is your space to speak freely, to remain silent if you wish, and to simply be yourself.Come and see for yourself.
